All custom orders must be paid in full in advance before production begins.

Please ensure that all personalization details, spelling, and information provided are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
